I’ve always thought Code of Honor took after his 5Sx4D grandsire Blushing Groom more than his ND ancestors.

I think they both look very good!

Images showed up for me, and I have to say Pneumatic is a handsome horse. I'm not surprised they like him.
Also love the handler's traditional garb.

The boys at Izmit Stallion in Turkey recently got their photos taken, not sure when the new ones will show up on the TJK website but Kadir Civici posted a shot of Bodemeister getting squared up with Approve, Native Khan, Authorized and Victory Gallop looking on :D

That is a cool photo. Love the four stallions looking on....and they all have their ears forward.
IMO it's healthy for intact males to have a little opportunity to socialize with each other, even if it's just getting to see and 'talk' to each other.

Kinda long left pastern--but I won't criticize a horse who had so much success.
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

At least he looks better than this poor son of his
Imagine paying that money to breed to Gun Runner and ending up with this unfortunate foal. Sway backed, sorry looking, bad feet.
He's been up on the adoption page for a little bit now, hopefully someone will take a chance on him.

Not just a Gun Runner, he's got a very nice Augustin stable damside, bred for stamina on turf/jumps racing, half-brother was a million-dollar yearling. Without looking at him you'd think sporthorse people would've snapped him up instantly. Just goes to show that Thoroughbred breeding can be a crapshoot.

The horse Sway Away (lol) had a pretty bad sway back and he was a MGP winner, so hopefully Stanfield can be successful in various mediums. The note on his page says he doesn't have any issue being ridden.

His feet are probably more of a hindrance.

I think that photo was taken at Ballydoyle. But I'll definitely be interested to see how he looks once he has let down, though he's got a bit of a dinosaur head.
No recent photo of JAPAN, but they put a short youtube video up after his arrival in Germany in February.

JAPAN served 80 mares this season and lives a stallion's dream life at Gestüt Etzean, where the breeding stallions live with a steady female partner all year round. The stud team says he acclimatized pretty quickly to this new way of life.

Here he is pictured with his girlfriend FELORA (Lord of England x Forever Nice (by Greinton)), who already had two foals by other stallions.

I remember seeing a picture or Japan with a mare on Twitter that translated roughly to "this is Japan's wife they live together" and I was very fascinated by the concept. It's also very cute.

I would assume they will be separated when she foals though?

Yes, they will probably separate them for the winter, maybe in side by side stables. This mare Felora didn't have a foal in 2022, that's probably the reason why they chose her as a partner this year. A new born foal might get hurt accidentally, or even make the stallion jealous. I'll keep an eye on their FB and Instagram, we'll see if he'll get a new partner for the next season.

The concept is well proven, they have practiced this method for years. The stallions have a much more balanced temperament and seem happier. As for Japan - the stud team says he has a lovely character and everyone at Etzean is in love with him.

What an interesting color! A very near black coat, but with some beautiful blood bay shading. I know the look in this picture might be partly because of sunlight angle, but for me, it's really beautiful!😍

He's a handsome horse, and I love his coloring, too. Solid near-black with the one lucky white foot. He also has a wonderful pedigree; wish he were standing here.
