My Prospero (Iffraaj × My Titania) wins the Prix Eugene Adam (G2) at Saint Cloud.

She hasn’t had a G1 winner yet, but My Titania is on her way to achieving blue hen status. Three foals of racing age, two group winners and a listed winner, all currently in training with William Haggas. The Tsuis haven’t owned that many broodmares in the last 30 years, but they already had one of the greatest of all time and look like they have another superstar on their hands.

Yeah! 8-)
Personally I would love to see Torquator Tasso emulate the success of Danedream.
I like German horses.
Let's see if he can handle a quicker ground.

I'm a little surprised about this (although probably not as surprised as Stradivarius is going to be), as I thought Gosden and Dettori had reconciled. :?

Gosden and Dettori reconciled but Bjorn Nielson made it pretty clear that he was disappointed in the two blunders Frankie made in the last two Gold Cups. At the end of the day, the owner makes the call, and I can’t really blame him for making the change. Atzeni has already ridden Strad in three races, winning all of them.

I thought that was interesting: I guess Mr. Gosden does not trust Dettori on his prize horse.
I don't blame him.

You make a good point, it wasn't just one Gold Cup, but two- that was very disappointing for the horse's connections.
I was pretty shocked to see Dettori give Strad almost the same ride he gave him in the Gold Cup before this last one.

Shadwell loves retiring horses once they have a G1, so he was already on borrowed time, but tbh I wish they’d give him a year of competing exclusively at 10f. Shadwell has a brutal record of producing stallions, and now that their own broodmare pool has at least halved in size, he is going to be up against it, unbeaten superstar or not.

Aiden Obrien runs a unraced 2 year old tonight at Leopardstown called Tower Of London.

He is a full brother to Irish Derby and St Leger winner Capri.

Tower Of London wins nicely on debut for Aiden Obrien

He looks a Racing Post trophy or William Hill futurity type later in the season

Pyledriver (the longest shot on the board) wins the King George. Torquator Tasso second, Mishriff third.

Scratching my head as to why Westover was sent to the front at the start. The race was over for him and Broome at that point.

What a powerful run by the globe-trotter Pyledriver!!
I thought Torquator Tasso ran an excellent race, too.
The 3yos were a bit disappointing.

Disappointing effort from Emily Upjohn but I've always liked Pyledriver since his initial upset win. Very handsome horse and a unique story re: his sire.

Also quite happy Torquator Tasso ran well.

Mishriff just isn't the same.
