Foaling Season 2022

i'm inclined to believe Princess Noor might have slipped her Into Mischief foal pre-export as she has no breeding reports on file in her Studbook page. should of have foaled by now.

I wouldn't be so sure. Many mares in Japan do not yet have foal reports in for 2022.

i might be wrong but i believe she'd at least have a breeding report, even if the foal wasn't registered. but idk.

I've started looking up foaling reports for mares in Japan and haven't found any so far for Northern Farm mares, which Princess Noor now is. Other farms have reported. IIRC, Northern Farm is always late on this.

I love that mare and hope she recovered well.

The site I linked also shows when broodmares and stallions died or were pensioned. I'm not based in Japan, but I've been relying on it to keep track of the horses I like over there.

While Kizuna and Duramente covered many top foreign mares, Epiphaneia and Lord Kanaloa mainly got best Japanese mares.
Also, Bricks and Mortar, Saturnalia and Rey de Oro enjoyed stellar books, respectively.

I believe that Epiphaneia's 2022 book is even stronger!!
It was not that he was given very top mares when he entered stud. He was covering good but relatively modest group of mares.
But he sired the 2020 Triple Tiara winner Daring Tact from his first crop and the 2021 Horse of the Year Efforia from his second crop.

In 2022 Contrail must have been given VERY strong book in his debut year at stud, too.
Japanese studbook will release 2022 mating info in Autumn.
