Praying this lovely horse will be ok and have successful surgery.
Wonder who will do surgery? Bramlage or someone local at the vet school?
I would trust whoever did The Player's surgery there. That was a success.
Oh yes, whoever operated on the player deserves a medal. When I think of The Player I smile.
He is such a miracle!!!!!! I hope we get an update on LeCrete---

“ La Crete had a successful surgery at LSU yesterday to repair a condyle fracture. She is doing very well this morning. She will return to the farm once she is cleared to travel. A huge thank you to everyone who has taken care of our girl #GirlsinGold”

Stonestreet flew in a vet from FL, Dr. John Madison, to perform the procedure.

I've been waiting for this guy to come back! Was hoping to bet the farm on him in a minor Derby last year, but the secret's out by now that he was in against a very salty bunch last spring. Hope he comes back strong and has a good year.

I loved Micheline...they really did a tremendous job with her; it’s a shame she went bad ...

What happened to her? I knew she hadn't raced since last October, but not much else.

Curly Tail, 3yo colt by Curlin - Take Charge Tressa, by War Front broke his maiden in the 8th at Oaklawn. Take Charge Tressa is an unraced full sister to Omaha Beach and 1/2 to Champion Take Charge Brandi.

Un Ojo who won the Rebel Stakes is by Laoban - Risk A Chance, by A.P. Indy. Spw Risk A Chance is out of G2SW Seeking the Ante(who produced MSW Mineralogist), who is a 1/2 sister to G1SW Friends Lake, and both are out of MG1SW Antespend.

Shahama, a half sister to Lookin at Lucky, could target UAE Derby (G2).
Shahama won.
Shahama will skip the UAE derby. She will transfer to Todd Pletcher and be prepared for the Kentucky Oaks

They retired her - I asked tonight who they plan on breeding her to. I have a feeling it will be Street Sense as the cross with Bernardini is an excellent one

He's also a gelding, so he won't get a chance to continue his nice female family.
