Poor Spanish Bunny still hasn’t delivered her foal. With Uncle Mo as the sire and her being past her due date, I’m worried that the foal is going to be huge.Flanders wrote: ↑Wed Dec 29, 2021 7:22 pmYeah I posted it in the broodmare thread. Elate is on it this year But I will report here.

That is what most regular old barns look like, and they don't need to be fancy as the mare and foal will spend almost all their time out in pasture after first couple of days.

Sure, could use some paint, but I don't see mice/rats in the bedding like that one live cam a few years ago, so. I think this is OK.StellarWind wrote: ↑Sun Feb 13, 2022 3:35 pm Tapit x Fancy Dress Party (Munnings) colt.

Yea they might also need to replace the wood too. Dixiana’s barns are super old since the farm has been around since the 1800s and you should see what the weather can do to the wood of the barns. Maintenance has redone so many barns because they get so rundown. The foaling barn had all the old siding replaced last year and now it looks brand new!

I hope no lead in that paint- worry about baby chewing it. And all those missing boards in the wall- would not want my mare foaling there. Upkeep is important.swale1984 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 13, 2022 7:49 pmSure, could use some paint, but I don't see mice/rats in the bedding like that one live cam a few years ago, so. I was just about to post this….what a stunning foal; HAP seems to be stamping his foals - at least the few I’ve seen. I thought the one I posted above was gorgeous..this baby is so striking.Mylute wrote: ↑Tue Feb 15, 2022 1:56 pm Black Honor A.P. lookalike foal, no dam listed.
