I was shocked to see Tabor pass the question along to Wesley about the next target for Golden Pal, as if Coolmore's trainers have the last word on race placement.

tbh I would be surprised if we see him on the track again, regardless of what was said in the interview.

Wow, that's a quick record!

Worth noting that two of the turf race times were adjusted yesterday, including the Juvenile Turf Sprint. So it might been a bit until this number is confirmed.
They changed the time on the chart to :55.22

Good catch, thank you! Wonder if we'll get any explanation for these time changes...

The Japanese finish both last  They aren't top horses in Japan so I was expecting it but still sad...

I hope Love Only You can at least finish in the top 5 later! Only her has a chance IMO

With all the owners involved with Life Is Good (Winstar, China Horse Club, etc.), It's a good bet that he's headed to the shed for next season. At least we may see him in the Pegasus.
I doubt that we'll see a more impressive race today.
But I thought that about Golden Pal's win...then LIG said 'hold my beer.' :P

It was sporting of the Japanese connections to bring those two over, but....American dirt speed is on just a different level.

I want her to win too. Not only because I like her but because I think its nice for International connections that ship over to win the big races. Because if they win then maybe they come back with more horses and it makes the races really fun.

Easy to understand why they love buying American stallions to stand in Japan.

Not a fan of Life Is Good's menagerie of owners, but I wouldn't be surprised if he races next year. I think they know what sort of year he might have and what kind of resume he can go to stud with if they keep him in training. We'll see.

Some really nice fillies in this race. Can't decide if I'm rooting for War Like Goddess or Loves Only You more. It was very sporting to bring these Japanese horses over, and I'd love to see it pay off!

Congrats Tachyon!!!
I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Holy cow what a finish!!! Just a rocket ship when she finally got clear, amazing.

War Like Goddess ran absolutely incredible as well, so proud of her.
