Ocean California (o/o Oceania by Hussonet) has had really consistent runs in the TC series in his native Chile. He ran 3rd in the first leg, won the second, and finished 3rd today in the final leg. Not bad for a colt that was born in November 2018!

Wild California is entered in a stakes race in Chile in the next 24 hours I think it is 17:12 local time. It is the Clasico Luis Davila Larrain at Club Hipico.

Two days later Papudo Chrome is entered in the Clasico Luis Larrain at the same venue.

Per Facebook, the juvenile filly that Amber Cobb abused was a filly by California Chrome out of Just Got In (Songandaprayer).

Chrome's juvenile son Silk Story (x Karen's Silk, by High Cotton) has been entered in a G1 in Russia next weekend. It's about 8 furlongs on polytrack.

He's entering the race off his debut win. He's in the 1-hole in a full field.

Sol Dorado (o/o Folly Fashion by Old Fashioned) was 4th in the Aristocrat Juvenile Fillies. She never really seemed comfortable on the track.

I am not sure Kentucky Downs is a great place to introduce a young horse to grass AND and increased distance- especially as I think there was quite a bit of moisture still in the turf. With the contours of the surface, there is just a whole lot going on.

Check out the shine on his colt, Kentucky Bourbon, completely missed the break in his first start, but ran well to get second without challenging winner at Remington...mostly just want to point out how absolutely golden his sheen is.
