Welp: jockey Tomas Mejia has been suddenly ordered off all his mounts at Monmouth: https://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing ... ium=social

He was aboard Affable Monarch, and Duarte is 8-5-1-1 with him this meet (19-7-2-2 with other jockeys). No official reason given, but you can easily find the rumors on Twitter.

Sigh.
Wish someone would buy AM and transfer to different connections. Horse has a scared look in his eye in photo after race

Discoveries, a full sister to MG1 Alpha Centauri and 1/2 to G1 Alpha Lupi - won the race by a short head
Discoveries won the Moyglare Stud S (G1) at the Curragh. She is actually out of Alpha Lupi. She is a half to G1W Alpine Star.

My fault for trusting TDN to have correct information.

An odd place to to start a racing career for one with that pedigree.

This happened a couple weeks ago on September 2nd, but Agave, 2019 f (Dubawi - Contribution, by Champs Elysees) won her debut at Longchamp. Her dam is a GSpw 1/2 sister to Enable.

He was a relatively inexpensive auction purchase ($175,000). Despite easily winning, by open lengths, he only notched an Equibase speed figure of 66. I'm thinking he's either got issues or he's just not that fast, maybe both.

I've been trying to find a PDF of their stallion register to no avail. They have only a handful of stallions listed on their site for some reason.

The time I found the stallion register it was in the media section, this was years ago and I haven't been able to find one since. I *think* the only stallions they show on the site are the ones owned by the TJK.

I really wish they would do another stallion register it was really nice to see the stallions that are standing in Turkey. I just looked through the media page and there are tons of videos and pdfs and none seem to be a stallion directory/register but maybe I missed it. There was a poster who was from Turkey but they never posted a lot, but it was Cidago maybe they could find it, if it exists?

And I have now just realized that Letruska(USA) is a close relative to Proud Spell(USA).

I didn't realize that, either. I had to look it up to see, her 3rd dam is Proud Spell's 2nd dam.

Caravaggio has a G1 winner in his first crop: Tenebrism won the Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket. She is out of MG1W Immortal Verse.

ETA: Tenebrism was Caravaggio’s first winner back in March and this was her first start since then.
