Sadly, no. Dark bay or brown.

I didn't realize Justwhistledixie finally had a filly; how exciting! It's reassuring to know that if she doesn't make it as a racehorse, she would still be invaluable to any broodmare band. I hope she lives up to her brothers' success!

Now, if only Catch the Moon would produce a filly...

Dance To the Music (Maclean's Music) won that MSW 7th at Del Mar, with Bicameral (Constitution) 2nd and Mirasol (Arrogate) 3rd.
Mirasol looks so much smaller than most of the other fillies, so she didn't inherit her sire's size. Hope she is given some more time to grow.

Nocturne Notes (2017. f. Medaglia d'Oro x G1W Summer Soiree) won Hakodate Doshin Sports Hai at 1200m on turf in Japan. I am not sure what kind of stakes this is but it's not listed as listed on the JBIS site.

La Victoria (Tapit x La Verdad) finished 2nd in the 3rd at Saratoga, a 1 1/8-mile MSW for state bred fillies & mares 3yo+up. It was taken off the turf and run on a muddy dirt track.
Not sure how a Tapit qualified for state bred.

To be a registered NY-bred, there’s more to it than being born in the state.

La Verdad typically lives in NY, so as a resident mare all she had to do was van to KY to be bred, and then van back and stay home until she foaled next spring. Not too hard.

As long as she returned home within 120 days from the last cover date. Why 120 days, I have no idea.

They want to ensure that the mare is residing the vast majority of the time in New York. If there was no rule on it then people could just ship their mares in to foal and then take them back where ever they live.

Royal Flag came out of nowhere to win the (G3) Shuvee, a race she was second in last year! This is her second GSW.

She is a full sister to Eagle, and half to Catalina Crusier. Sea Gull has produced three MGSWs from five foals to race.

Sea Gull should win Broodmare of the Year someday. She’s produced some good ones!
I loved Eagle!

The 6th at Saratoga, a 1 1/8-mile MSW for 3yo+up on the dirt, has I Am the Law (Mshawish x Funny Pepper) in it. Funny Pepper is by Distorted Humor out of the wonderful, undefeated Pepper's Pride.
