Sodashi was very impressive, but personally I'd rather see her in the NHK Mile Cup than the Oaks.

There will be a lot of debate about her next target for sure.
I have a gut feel that her owner will send her to the 2400m Japanese Oaks next and I will be happy about it.
Yes, 12F might be quite challenging for her, pedigree-wise. (Kurofune, a stallion with the speed influence, has never sired any graded stakes winner even at 10F etc..).
But this filly has been beating the expectations again and again (many thought she would not be very competitive on a very firm & fast turf like yesterday and that's why she was only sent off the second favorite yesterday etc...).
She has already made many histories and will have absolutely nothing to lose from here.
So ''let's go for the Triple Tiara!'' is my opinion. If she fails, she will just cut back in the distance, then.

And the first white thoroughbred to contest a BC race later?
I will be over the moon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She's a gorgeous filly. Her fan base is growing well beyond Japan, I'm sure.

If the BC were in Kentucky or Florida this year and they brought her over I would 100% hop in the car and just go by myself. I'd ask mom for forgiveness later.

I hope Sodashi's groom gets paid extra to keep her so perfectly white.

I would love a Sodashi plushie, and how exciting to have "a horse of a different colour" so supremely talented! I figured with the Japan TB industry it was only a matter of time before there'd be a classic winning white horse, but it is thrilling to see it happen in our lifetime!

Lupus Tesoro is bred to go the distance. When is post time relative to North American eastern time :D ?

Honestly I did not imagine that there would be a white Classic winner, as it looked like the Shirayukihime family could only do well on the dirt.
Buchiko, Sodashi's dam, was one of the most competitive & successful runner from the family. But she failed to break her maiden on the turf in three occasions before switching to the dirt.
Hayayakko, the first white thoroughbred to win a grade stakes worldwide, is a dirt performer, too.
It's really amazing the Shirayukihime family only gets better and extends its influence.
This miraculous story of a white thoroughbred family-line started when the Topsider mare Wave Wind(USA) gave birth to a Sunday Silence filly in 1996.

I think I prefer either of the up-and-comers, Gratias or Efforia, for the Guineas.

Aww... I've just now realized that Sodashi's Oka Sho report became Bloodhorse's MOST POPULAR (most read). :o
