Oh, wow, thanks for the heads up! I was just thinking about Questing the other day and wondering if she had any good foals. And I like the nod to her dam in the name!

ADVENTURING won. I think she's pointed to KY Oaks.

I was reading an article about ADVENTURING and it mentioned that Questing died in 2019. I didn't know that. She would have been only 10 years old. Dang. And she was Hard Spun's only Eclipse champion.MTO wrote: ↑Sat Mar 27, 2021 6:08 pmHappy Endings wrote: ↑Sat Mar 27, 2021 4:55 pmOh, wow, thanks for the heads up! ATTACHMENT RATE ran well in the G3 Commonwealth to finish 3rd at Keeneland today. He was gaining at the end and missed second by only a nose. 7 furlongs is too short for him. HIDDEN SCROLL finished last and bled badly. It was a Lasix free race. Made the poor horse suffer needlessly. I have been reading on Twitter that it is happening quite a lot to horses. His connections were irate about the ban and the way it made the horse suffer.

GREEN LIGHT GO won his allowance race at Oaklawn in race #12 on April 3. He led pretty much the whole way. He led pretty much the whole way. His first win since the Saratoga Special. His record is now 8-3-2-1. Hope he can build on this.

ATTACHMENT RATE lost momentum when the winner went into his path at the beginning of the stretch. It took a lot for him to regain momentum because he was really accelerating when the winner went directly into his path in front of him. AR would have got 2nd easily if not for that issue and possible could have won. I expected to see a claim of foul. Maybe there was enough space when the winner went in front of ATTACHMENT RATE,. It had a bad big impact on ATTACHMENT RATE. No mention of it in the chart. Have to watch the replay.Happy Endings wrote: ↑Sat Apr 03, 2021 11:17 pm ATTACHMENT RATE ran well in the G3 Commonwealth to finish 3rd at Keeneland today. QUIET SECRETARY - 4yo filly - had a nice turf win yesterday at Santa Anita. Wouldn't be surprised if she's entered in a stakes soon. 1 mile turf races seem to suit her well.

I watched the replay and see what you mean about ATTACHMENT RATE being affected. He really came running, though and that was an encouraging finish for him. That horse coming out delayed him changing leads and he lost ground to the winner until he switched to his correct lead and then was really closing on the winner. Another 16th and he could have won. He ran a good race. But poor Hidden Scroll. I hope he will be okay. I wonder if he's been bleeding all along, but this time I read it was coming out his nostrils.MTO wrote: ↑Sun Apr 04, 2021 11:23 amATTACHMENT RATE lost momentum when the winner went into his path at the beginning of the stretch.
