Last Summer at Belmont on our show, I think Jonathon Kinchen was joking about what his horse name would be, or something like that, and either he or Greg Wolf asked me what mine would be, so I said "Mr. Annoying." Kirk Wycoff, Three Diamonds and a good friend of mine, texted me a few minutes later and said he reserved the name. Thus, Mr. Annoying.

I’m his breeder. When I first saw he had been named that, I was so confused because he was always such a cool horse personality wise. Then I learned he was named after you and had a nice chuckle

I thought he ran great for his first race. Can’t wait to see him next time.

As for his sister Gone Glimmering, what an awful race she ran the other day. Had to have been the no lasix that was the issue. She never looked herself at all.

It's funny, someone who works for Maker said to me on Twitter that he's the opposite of annoying as well. Yet another horse I have disparaged in one way or another:-)

The lasix makes sense in regards to Gone Glimmering. She ran huge in her prior start, but this was a disaster. Frustrating.

I'm excited! Kirk told me before his debut he thought he was probably a dirt horse.
