Thoroughbred Breeding Internships

Hi I have to do an internship to graduate from college and I would like to work at a thoroughbred farm. I have KEMI and Darley Flying Start but I would like to know which farms do internships that aren't in Kentucky as well. I don't mind where even if it's out of the country. I am going to contact some farms myself too and ask.

In order to apply to Darley Flying Start you have to already have to have a uni degree, so unless you are working on a second degree I don't think that would be an option.

Also may be worth trying in Australia? Several people on my course are going there next year for an internship and it's good pay as well. I could ask them which stud it is, if you're interested?

Yea I looked it up and saw that so I knew I had no chance for Darley but Le Beau Bai could you tell me the name of the stud farm? I would greatly appreciate it and thank you!

Make sure to get some proper hands-on work experience as well if this is the area you want to go into - the word 'internship' puts off many stud masters!

I've done a few of the things above, so drop me a PM if you want any advice.

I'm in the breeding program at my school so I am getting a nice hands on experience although it is with Standardbreds, which is a little different. Everything is hands on here and we have our own stallions as well. I'll take any advice so a pm would be appreciated thank you!
