That is a really big head on Roman Candle. Makes my neck ache just imagining trying to run with it.

Command Post has a nice pedigree, but his conformation? Yikes. Not sure I'd even want him if he were a gelding.
Nirvana Du Berlais, on the other hand, is a magnificent-looking horse. I want.

ETA: I just noticed NDB's left rear leg looks kind of funky. Is it the way he's holding it, or is there an issue with the lower part of that leg?

NDB is absolutely gorgeous. I don’t see anything wrong with the left hind, but pedigreequery says he only had 7 starts. Isn’t that low for a hurdler? Or is PQ not complete?

He is standing weird for a thoroughbred stallion. He is almost in Arabian stallion conformation shot pose.

Yes he was a hurdler. He only ran at 3 and made all 7 starts then. He went to stud at 4, in 2020.

If a French hurdler is an entire and shows any flash of brilliance on the track, whether it be G1 wins or placings over hurdles, they usually get retired to stud pretty quickly it seems. I don't follow French jumps racing terribly closely but that seems to be the trend,

Noble Mission and Frankel certainly channel a lot of Northern Dancer, which adds to the compact chunky look.
