Nice colt; if he has half his sister's talent, he's going to be a force to reckon with. And I love his name.

I think he has a cool name, too!BaroqueAgain1 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 02, 2020 12:06 am Nice colt; if he has half his sister's talent, he's going to be a force to reckon with. And I love his name.
His jockey Christophe Lemaire described Vanishing Point(USA) as a big baby who had plenty of talent after the race.
After his final workout Lemaire also said (in laughing) to the trainer, ''Hey Fujisawa san, this colt runs like Almond Eye''
In fact he was changing leads repeatedly down the stretch today.
It sounds like he takes some rest now and will be back in Autumn.
One to watch!

I don't think I've ever seen a horse change leads that many times in a race. He has some talent for sure.tachyon wrote: ↑Sun Aug 02, 2020 12:07 am Here's a full replay of Vanishing Point's debut win.

Pont des Arts(JPN), 2015M. Heart's Cry(JPN) x Jioconda(IRE) by Rossini(USA), won the Sapporo Nikkei Open(L) 2600m turf renewing the track record on August 8th 2020.
She is a 1/2 sister to G1 winners Lightening Pearl(IRE) and Satono Crown(JPN).
I look forward to seeing what the 5yo mare does from here as Heart's Cry daughters can get better with ages.
