Mogul just won the Juvenile S (G2) at Leopardstown.
He looks really talented. I wonder what path Coolmore will take with him. The race was a WAYI for the BC, but there are a couple more options in Europe before the end of the season. Or they could put him away with an eye toward the classics next year.
Mogul is running in the King Edward VII S (G2) tomorrow at Royal Ascot.

She was eased last.

The Ascot commentators felt that she didn't handle the softening ground. I look for her to do better when she finds good going in the future.

Speaking of Fipke, Lemon’s Medaglia is entered in BEL R1 on Thursday. Three guesses as to her sire and dam.

Honestly I'm really interested in the names he is going to come up with for the MDO - Lemons Forever/Forever Unbridled/Unbridled Forever foals after he runs out of the name combinations. I think these 6 haven't been used yet... Lemons D'Oro, D'Oro Lemons, Unbridled Medaglia, Medaglia Unbridled, Medaglia Forever, Forever Medaglia.
And while I think his names are as unoriginal as they come, its very easy to pick out a Fipke horse. ;)

I have occasionally seen a Fipke homebred with a name that only references one parent, and even more rarely neither parent.

But I'm honestly thinking Fipke might have to rip the band-aid off and allow the grandkids to name some horses pretty soon, lol.

eta - he's full sibling to Long Island Sound which I didn't even realize when I added him to my v stable.
Tank Commander won Race 8 (7F allowance) today at Churchill Downs.
