Chrome looks like you could put tack on him, take him out to the track, and he would "fire a bullet" as they say like he was never retired or a dad.

Tosen Warrior, out of the Listed-placed French Deputy mare Anzuchan, is inbred 3x4 to both Kingmambo and Sunday Silence as Duramente is by a son of Kingmambo (King Kamehameha) out of a Sunday Silence mare and so is Anzuchan's dam Paradise Bird, whose sire is El Condor Pasa.

I saw the victory by Tosen Warrior in my Twitter feed this afternoon. He really ran them off their feet.

After 12 years the decision has been made that Iffraaj will no longer shuttle to his Southern Hemisphere home at Haunui Farm. His best son Ribchester will now shuttle to Haunui in his place

Charming Kitten to Stand at Breakway Farm in Indiana
The 10-year-old son of Kitten's Joy was bred and raced by the Ramseys, who watched the dark bay horse out of the Wild Again mare Iteration compile an 8-8-3 record out of 33 starts and bank $1,018,701. He won or placed in eight graded stakes, including a victory in the W.L. McKnight Handicap (G3T) at Gulfstream Park and a third-place finish in the 2013 Toyota Blue Grass Stakes (G1) at Keeneland, when the Lexington track had an all-weather main track surface. Charming Kitten also started in the Kentucky Derby (G1), where he finished ninth.

When the pre-mature closing of racetracks due to COVID-19 forced a half-dozen horses the Ramseys had hoped to sell at the track to return to the farm, the owner/breeders turned to Jim Perry Bloodstock to assist with listing the horses available on the Starquine online market.

~ Hopefully he does Breakway Farm well and fills the void left by Neck 'n Neck's premature passing. Also, this boy ran in the second Derby I ever watched. This should not make me feel old but it does.

I've been wondering about him recently. Glad to see he's okay.

I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

I realize that's not a yearling, but the foals are just adorable.

(I'm just continuing the joke I've never seen an Arrogate yearling, hopefully somebody smiled).

Australian duel G1 winner Castelvecchio has been retired to Arrowfield. The article below mentions that there won’t be any Shadai stallions shuttling to Arrowfield this fall, due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Square Eddie has been pensioned at the age of 14. Pavel and son Mrazek will take his place.
“Square Eddie will always hold a special place in my heart,” Zillah Reddam said. “He will live a long and pampered life at Ocean Breeze Ranch. We are so proud of him and so thankful we were able to own him.”
https://www.paulickreport.com/news/bloo ... pensioned/

Square Eddie retires from stud duty with 215 foals, 17 stakes winners and current total earnings of over $15 million.

I wonder what prompted this. Hope he's doing OK.

Exported stallion Daredevil goes 1 and 3 today in the G3 Fantasy stakes with winner Swiss Skydiver and Shedaresthedevil.

If I could bet, Swiss Skydiver would be my hunch bet for the Kentucky Oaks. Why? A. she's talented and B. the progeny of exported stallions usually win G1s after their dad goes bye bye.

Give it time. I think WinStar must surely be already thinking of bringing him back.
