There's something off about this picture. I don't know if its bad quality or the horse was pasted in on the background...He just kind of has this weird blur/glow around him that isn' t anywhere else in the photo. Its like he is a celestial horse.

I find him to be one of the few unattractive Tapits that I've seen. His shoulder looks weak, his forelegs set too far forward and his croup/hip set too far back, IMHO.
Taj Mahal, on the other hand, is gorgeous and a handsome blend of the best parts of Storm Cat/Galileo.

I think the Tapitgold picture's weirdness is a mix of:

1. they have blurred the entire background
2. they have also done something else that makes him "sharper" (most studs will slightly blur the background but they still look natural)
3. he's a white-gray and the shine is bouncing off his more white points (knees for example) that creates a glow

I found the original picture, they REALLY messed with it. Honestly this picture makes him look SOOOOO much better. I mean they couldn't bother brushing him so decided to photoshop the dirt off and make him glow like a unicorn.... XD But still dirty is better than unicorn glow.

His knees, ankles, butt, and back look like he rolled in a dusty paddock, yet his neck looks really sweaty. I guess they didn't have an hour to spare to give him a bath and dry him off? So bizarre.

Here's a picture of Tapitgold looking much cleaner. I first saw Tapitgold in the above picture and thought that maybe he still had some leftover patches of a darker gray, because who on earth would want to take a picture of him looking super sweaty?
