Saw the race today and somehow missed that when I looked her up! Guess 2 wins is even better given how Balance and Zenyatta have been doing as broodmares.

Abul Haul (American Pharoah x Kitten's Dumplings) broke his maiden at 1300 meters on dirt today in Japan (Kyoto).

That makes six winners from seven to race in Japan for Pharoah...all on dirt.

Fantastic Day was last; Yeng Again was a vet scratch.

Vintage Print won his turf debut; Reliability was fifth.

I read on Blood-Horse that on Friday at Sam Houston, Lord Nelson's little sister Jade d'Oro broke her maiden by almost five. You can probably guess who her sire is.

You're welcome -- I also somehow missed following her! She's certainly bred to be a real nice one. Here's the chart:

Eve of War carries high expectations into second start

Second dam is a mare I used to enjoy following and was a stakes winner on dirt and turf: Bedanken.

He doesn't have any super famous siblings but listed Curlin Stakes winner Parsimony's (Dominus) broodmare sire is Lil E. Tee. You don't see that a lot these days.

He is also a half-brother to MSW Lovely Loyree (Cactus Ridge).

This might have been posted previously, but I didn't realize Tiz Fiz, the dam of Tiz the Law, was a full sibling to GSW Fury Kapcori.

Easily, also....ran faster than the other division. This was almost a great day for Honor Code as his Rogue Element nearly won the 8th at 99-1!
