Kingman Half Brother to Waldgeist Set For Debut
https://www.bloodhorse.com/horse-racing ... -for-debut
Waldkonig will line up Dec. 7 for a Novice Race at Wolverhampton.

One of the most intriguing of the 12 rivals to Waldkonig is the Hugo Palmer-trained Zoran. The Invincible Spirit colt is out of Filia Regina, a winning daughter of Galileo and the legendary Ouija Board and, therefore, a sister to Australia.

Yes, Waldkonig was certainly exciting to watch! His young dam certainly can throw a good runner... or several.

Faversham managed to beat winners at Turfway. He does seem to be running a bit better now that it has cooled off.

I just got to read my stable mail, and must admit I was shocked that Faversham won! Good for him!

Been Studying Her, Warren's Showtime face off in Soviet Problem
https://www.drf.com/news/been-studying- ... blem?type=
A pair of California-bred juveniles with exceptional bloodlines meet for a second time Saturday at Los Alamitos, and though Been Studying Her clobbered Warren’s Showtime last out, circumstances could produce a different result in the Soviet Problem Stakes.

Mungojerrie (2nd dam is Precious Kitten) was 2nd by a head today in a MSW at Tampa. This was a big improvement off his clueless debut at Keeneland. He's a 3YO gelding by Declaration of War.

The unbeaten Salios is a massive colt.

G1 Oka Sho (1000 Guineas) winning filly 3yo GRAN ALEGRIA (Deep Impact x Tapitsfly 🇺🇸 (Tapit)) returned with a scintillating win in the G2 1400m Hanshin Cup

1.19.4 was only 0.1 outside the Course Record and Leamire 🇫🇷 had to do some ducking and weaving!
She's number 5, caught back behind a big clump at the start and pretty much exploded when he got her clear. Wow.

I read on DRF that last Friday, Todd Pletcher's Nonna Madelina returned from a 14-month layoff to run off with an allowance race by almost six lengths She's a daughter of Candy Ride out of a half-sister to Bluegrass Cat, Dramedy and Lord of the Game.

Checking up on old favorites and Scrambled (Tapit/Egg Drop) is now running in low-level claimers at Los Al. He's won his last two, both at Los Al, and was in for $3.5K and $5K. He wasn't claimed.

Little Red Feather doesn't own him anymore. He's owned by an Oscar Prieto Casillas and trained by Salvador Naranjo.
