Admire Mars(JPN), 2016C. Daiwa Major(JPN) x Via Medici(IRE) by Medicean(GB), captured his 3rd G1 title under Christophe Soumillon in the Hong Kong Mile 1600m turf at Sha Tin on Dec 8th 2019 becoming the first 3yo to win this event.

-- from japanracing jp.
The victory was an emotional one for Admire Mar’s connections. Owner Riichi Kondo had passed away only three weeks ago and, in the presentation ceremony at Sha Tin, his wife held a photo of the flamboyant owner who had given Japan many champions but had yet to win at Hong Kong. Tomomichi wore a suit that had belonged to Kondo and had been refitted for the trainer to wear on this special occasion. He also sported the very tie Kondo had worn for Admire Mar’s win of the Grade 1 Asahi Hai last year.
and his connections were very emotional..

Wow. It wasn't until I saw some of the three-quarter angle shots of Salios that I realized how massive and broad he is.

As of Halo, i had been at Marcmer Hall a few months ago and saw the graves of the stallions there. Do anyone know if they were either, HHH, cremated or buried whole? Just striked me curious since the headstones are pretty close to eachother.

Wow...he does not look like a 2yo. What was his weight?
I wonder how big he's going to be when he finishes growing?
