Is expected to race this Saturday in the Awesome Again Stakes (G1). Among those in the field he's expected to face: Paynter, MMM, Chief Havoc, Holy Lute, and Liason. Well after he comes out of the race and disappears again for another 2 years, then maybe he can finally be retired.

He's so fragile, but has so much natural talent. I sure hope he's going to be alright.

The only horse rivalling him for number of works was Eblouissante.

Why not run him back in an allowance, I wonder? Is this the hyper-fast track to the BC (or a breeding deal, or both).

This may be asking A LOT of a horse who has only 3 starts in 4 years, 1 in 2009, and 2 in 2012. Over a year lay off, never been a 1 1/8, never ran on dirt. He's always appeared to have a ton of talent though.

When the Steelers, Giants, San Fran, Green Bay, and Yankees can all defy logic with their badness, I will say weirder things happen in the world of sports.

I will say that he's always run well fresh--of course he's almost always running fresh!
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.
