The fact that Talismanic stud chain is under his jaw and not through his lip and over his nose or face tells me he's a laid back dude

Another 2019 GSW for Declaration of War, this time on dirt, as Silver Prospector upsets the Kentucky Jockey Club.

Good for Declaration of War, although the grey colt looks a lot more like his dam, the MSP Tapit mare Tap Softly. ;)

is it a hot take to say that Declaration of War is the most underrated young sire potentially in the world? Graded/group winners in multiple continents, over dirt and turf, from a juvenile winner over dirt in America to the Melbourne Cup winner.

Nah, it's awful hard to ignore him now. He's getting winners everywhere, and now even on dirt too.

Is it too premature to be wondering when Bayern will get shipped out of Kentucky?

Earnshaw (MDO - Emily Bronte, by Machiavellian) to Haras de Granges in France. He will be the first son of MDO to stand in Europe. The 8yo was a Group 3 winner and G1 placed at 2 and also GSp from age 3-7.

Unfortunately, probably not. Since Bayern himself was best at 3, I hope he'll have some nice sophomores, but we all know how it goes for any stallion that's not by Tapit or Into Mishief.

Apparently Greyvitos entered stud this year at Ransom Ranch in California. Mares are being offered in-foal to him at the California mixed sale. He's being advertised on the CTBA as 2020.
