I've always loved this picture of California Flag. He got loose at Santa Anita ahead of the 2009 Breeder's Cup, and then went on to win the Turf Sprint later in the week.

If you turn a stallion loose in a muddy field, you gotta expect him to come back covered in dirt from head to hoof. :lol:
