I remember people seeing photos of Hansen on his arrival in Korea. He looked a little banged up and tired, and people were already crying abuse, but he had literally just stepped off the boat. The photos were taken for immediate identification purposes for SoKo's registry.

Also Chrome had dropped some weight when he returned home from Ascot or arrived at Ascot (don't remember).
Thank you for this reasonable post. I've seen horses lose a lot of weight just shipping across the country, let alone all the way from Kentucky to Korea.

Snapy Halo got what I believe to be his first stakes winner in Snapy Gal, who won the Iowa Breeders' Oaks under a hand ride this evening.

Snapy Halo is an Argentina dude so methinks the correct spelling of "snappy" probably got lost in translation.

Hansen is not happy about having to go back inside because of a storm.

I always felt that Karakontie was flying under the radar as a good stallion prospect. Talk about being bred in the purple.

Somebody bring Hansen back even if it's Old Friends challenge.

GREAT news about Take Charge Indy.
I wonder if other US horses may be returning, now that Korea's unsentimental handling of unprofitable TBs has come to light. :?

Super joyous YAY!!!!! Too bad about the years they wasted with Take Charge Indy in Korea during some of his prime breeding years, but at least he's coming home.

So glad to read he will be returning. And I too hope Hansen isn’t far behind him in coming back. That tweet about how he is a “proper “ stallion and tries to bite everyone is asinine. American Pharoah is a proper stallion and is not a biter.

I took that as a joke, since stallions generally are prone to nibble, and the ones who act puppy dog-ish are the exception rather than the norm.

So if Hansen goes from being a friendly puppy to being more prone to bite and be stubborn, he would be "a proper stallion now hahaha."
