She's from the family of Furthest Land, Ready For Eve, etc.
She finished 3rd, and I just read the chart - ran well, finished with "good energy". That's encouraging since I don't think HC will sire many sprinters....... She didn't take any money at all.
Yea she runs like her dad and came charging late and passed them all in the gallop out.
Sounds just like her daddy.....and she looks like him, too, which is a very good thing!

Thanks!

Any information on Faversham -California Chrome’s brother? He is now listed as trained by Michael Maker (no longer with Art Sherman) and entered Friday at Indiana Grand?

What information are you seeking? He was spotted in Maker's barn at Keeneland in early April. Pretty much everything you need to know is in the entries. Obviously, the ownership has not changed and they're planning on racing him locally.

I think if they'd revealed anything, someone would've already posted it somewhere on this board. Particularly after word started getting out that he was at Keeneland.

Thank you.
Simply wondered why it was kept quiet that Faversham had changed barns. I received workout notices from Keeneland, and thought something was going on.
The move was kept under the radar, for sure!
Hoping the horse does better with a change of scene

4 horses including Faversham scratched out of today’s 5th at Indiana Grand

I see it was taken off the turf

Speaking on Osare, a 4-year-old stakes winning filly by Medaglia D' Oro and half to multiple graded stakes winner Arrogate, Thomas said he was excited for her to make her first start of the year after closing out her 3-year-old campaign with a victory in the Dueling Grounds Oaks at Kentucky Downs.

Thomas said the Searching Stakes on May 18 at Pimlico is a possible target.

“I was really pleased with her,” said Thomas. “They're both targeting the same weekend and both coming off of big breaks. They coincided form a training schedule perspective. While I thought he was maybe getting the better of her on the dirt the past two weeks, I thought she more than held her own on the turf today. She breezed really well.

“There's the Searching at Pimlico going a mile and a half and there's an allowance race here at Belmont on Sunday,” added Thomas. “We'll look at both spots and see which makes the most sense and then target, we'll see what happens.”
