Federalist(JPN), 2007H. Empire Maker(USA) x Dance Partner(JPN), will stand at Hakuba Stallion at Niikappu, Hokkaido, Japan.
Needless to say, Dance Partner is one of the most beloved daughters of Sunday Silence and Empire Maker made her a multiple graded winner producer.

I think it's less a case of being wonky than it is an optical illusion created by the blaze. It's pretty evident on Workforce, and I saw a picture of King's Best that explained where it came from.
