The ears on that newborn are so adorable...so outsized and very fuzzy right now for the little filly.

The Factor hasn't been a great sire, but he looks very attractive to me.
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

I was convinced she was going to last night, I had her stream open in one window & hockey in the other and thought for sure there would be a foal before the game ended... but nope.

She doesn't look anywhere near as uncomfortable tonight. What the heck, silly mare.

That said... she laid down very gingerly and it's hard to tell if she's trying to sleep (and keeps getting interrupted) or maybe is in the early stages of labor. She's not really closing her eyes like she did last night and she seems to breathe a bit heavier at times, and her tail keeps twitching. The lady watching her was on a phone or walkie-talkie a few minutes ago but then they turned the light off so I have no idea.

She keeps looking at her stomach tho... I'm going to cautiously predict a foal? Hopefully?
