She was an Egyptian ruler but who insisted on the title of Pharaoh rather than Queen, and famously is depicted wearing the pharaonic beard amongst other things. In effect you could say she was a female king of Egypt.

Jockey Club says this is a colt. Interestingly, the name originally submitted and rejected was Chupacabra (too similar to The Chupacabre). He went from a blood-sucking monster to a King, LOL. I looked up the horse, The Chupacabre, and he is a 2010 g., SANTANA STRINGS - BONHOMME HILL DEB, BY LAC OUIMET.
