Inlovewithlove foaled a nice CURLIN colt, just before midnight last night At Atlas farm. So far so good. He’s a 1/2 brother to G2 and multiple G3 winner Lovely Bernadette. The mare will visit GOOD MAGIC. #SF @HillnDaleFarm

Happy #foalfriday! We’re ready for an afternoon nap just like this girl on such a dreary day. We welcomed our second foal of the year early this morning. She’s by @coolmoreamerica stallion Verrazano out of a half sister to MGSW and G1P Catapult. #foalalert #sleepy #foalsof2019

@Ramsey Farm

The winning mare COUTURE CAT had a lovely 119lbs HARD SPUN filly last night, both are doing great on this very cold morning.

~ Dam is a half-sister to McKinzie by Storm Cat. Lovely pedigree on this little girl!

Wonderful pedigree and so cute. Plus, he'll likely like the grass, lol.

Maybe I'm old school. Or just old. I just don't recall seeing this much white on TB of the past, and the seeming transformation into paints is kind of weird.

Don't know how far back you go, but the whole "OMG white on them means bad blood and bad racehorse", IMO, probably has a lot to do with not seeing as much flash in the past. We just figured out flash/chrome isn't a death sentence relatively recently.

Although...Tanya (1905 Belmont winner) had a lot of chrome.

Yep the genes (though minimally expressed) have been there... and honestly, it's just color. The TB body type is nowhere near that of the typical stock horse Paint/s. 8-)

This handsome lad is the freshly minted (10:30 this morning) #GUNRUNNER out of Saratoga SW SIMPLE SURPRISE. He, just like his mother, came in a plain brown wrapper. For those of you keeping score at home he is our 3rd GR foal, leaving about 14 more to go.
