Sold to Polo Green Stable, Kentucky. A 2006 M, she has such a beautiful page until you get to her Race (Unraced) and Produce Records.
Its weird to me that she has been bred almost exclusively to turf stallions. I mean send her to a dirt stallion and maybe she produces something better? Her only winner was by a dirt stallion. Her full sister produced a GSW by Distorted Humor.

He pulled up in a race a Santa Anita. Was out for a year. He was never as brilliant as he was before the injury. He did mange three wins, two allowance races and a cheap stake race at Fresno
He spent time at Pegasus in WA state for his rehab where I got to visit him. Getting him back to a high level was a bit of a long-shot but they did everything possible. He was very talented and worth the effort. It's been painful to watch these last couple of years wishing for a better outcome. Selling at auction for $17k kind of feels like salt in the wound. I don't know anything about the buyer, Joe Guerrier, but I'm going to keep Seattle Serenade in my VS awhile longer just in case.

Yeah, I agree. Maybe this sale gives her that opportunity in her time left at stud.

As a dog breeder, where we have faster turnover in generations, I'd look at this as a rare opportunity (low risk - high reward) and not worry about whether she produced a winner. At that price, anything she does produce could give a breeder with even modest means a bedrock foundation upon which to build.

Lack of interest maybe? 16 mares in 2018.

He sold for $50K to...Santa Escolastica, agt. for Tupacireta SRLAG.

So I'm assuming a stud farm in South America.

Tupacireta is associated with Haras Santa Maria de Araras.

Does anyone know what Make Music For Me sold for or if he actually sold at all? Keeneland's site won't update for me (it's still on like Book 8).
