So it looks like Hat Trick (JPN) sired three group winners over the weekend.
5yo mare Tricky Escape(USA) won the G3 Waya Stakes 10F on the main track at Saratoga on Sunday.
And 5yo horse Hat Mario(ARG) won the G3 República Federativa del Brasil 8F turf at Palermo, Argentina, on Saturday.

For a sire that has graded stakes winners in several different countries on 3 different continents he sure doesn't get the respect he deserves...

Absolutely, WinStar has been campaigning him with the hopes of him being a sought after stud in Kentucky, and it was part of the idea of switching him to the dirt for the Woodward, any horse who is a G1 winner on dirt and turf is going to be of interest especially with his solid dam side on dirt as well.

Nice to hear that.
Let's see what Yoshida does in the Royal Ascot next.
I would love to see him tested on the conventional dirt at some point, too.
I do think that Heart's Cry can sire good dirt horses with his fundamental power.

Hopefully, Shadai will review their mating plans and the underrated Heart's Cry will cover more top US dirt mares from next season!!!

Almond Eye(JPN), 2015F. Lord Kanaloa(JPN) x Fusaichi Pandora(JPN) by Sunday Silence(USA), landed the last leg of the Three-Year-Old Fillies’ Triple, the Shuka Sho(G1) 2000m turf at Kyoto to become the fifth Triple Crown winner in JRA history on October 14th 2018.

Both jockey Lemaire and trainer Kunieda commented in post-race interviews that Almond Eye was only 80% off her 5 months layoff.

She has become Japan's most popular horse!

AFAIK she's never bled so I would guess that's from the little cut on her nose.

She does have something going on with her feet but it hasn't seemed to slow her down any...

Almond Eye was given 115 rating for her Shuka Sho win.

Both past Japanese Triple Tiara winners Apapane and Gentildonna were given 112 for their Shuka Sho wins.
