Doesn't sound like it, since I would expect that they would mention that in the press release. I could see him standing somewhere else as a duel purpose stallion, like Godolphin's last Sheema Classic winner, Jack Hobbs. Or maybe going to Japan.

As a breeder I'm curious of your opinion on a question I asked in the 2019 Stallion Fees thread.Horsebagger wrote: ↑Tue Oct 09, 2018 11:33 pm And just like that.....no more value with Quality Road. New fee......$150,000.
Do you think there are enough mare owners willing to put 100k+ stud fees into their mares to support the stallions that stand for that fee in Kentucky? I think there are 11 if I counted right. Justify is the only first year stallion in that price range. I'm guessing they covered around 9 -10% of the mares bred in Kentucky in 2018, as they covered 9% of the total in 2017.
Or will there just be a lot of foal sharing or other deals made? Or will people just not use some of them as much?

It's JS Co.,Ltd. that introduced Shanghai Bobby to make him stand at Arrow Stud, the fourth largest stud in Japan.
SB is slated to arrive at Japan on November 23rd.
His stud fee has yet to be announced.

Of the US imports, Sinister Minister(USA), Battle Plan(USA) and Lani(USA) were in Arrow's stallion line-up for 2018 season.
As a side note, Arrow's flagship stallion South Vigorous(USA) passed away earlier this year.

I believe it is in reference to the mess with Florent Geroux/Restoring Hope acting as a shield for Justify to prevent anyone from coming up and pressing him or challenging him for the lead, (even going so far as to sharply veering inside after going wide to keep people away, when a horse did actually try to come up/sneak up alongside) and to top it of Mike Smith telling Geroux right after the finish as RH cantered by 'Thank you! You're the man!' I think race fixing is a bit ott a term for that but that's why she said "/race riding" and it leaves a lot of people in doubt as to whether the race was a fair one, if Justify really did win entirely on his own merit, if he would've won under a Smarty Jones scenario and so on.Mylute wrote: ↑Tue Oct 09, 2018 12:32 pmRace fixing? and i just wanted to be happy re: justify, but it went from whoa, what a horse! to arguments over race fixing/race riding, to him disappearing as quickly as it began.
i think heartbroken is actually an accurate term for me, and had AP not happened it would be even worse. i'd feel better if justify had lost the TC, frankly.

Don't worry, there were plenty of people telling me not to enjoy it when it happened. Between that, the weird statements I've seen regarding AP's actual ability, the retirement fiasco on Justify, I'm torn between cheering vehemently against TC winners and just giving up on racing entirely. Feels bad man.Mylute wrote: ↑Thu Oct 11, 2018 11:44 amMmm...alright, now I like the whole thing even less.Treve wrote: ↑Thu Oct 11, 2018 10:43 amI believe it is in reference to the mess with Florent Geroux/Restoring Hope acting as a shield for Justify to prevent anyone from coming up and pressing him or challenging him for the lead, (even going so far as to sharply veering inside after going wide to keep people away, when a horse did actually try to come up/sneak up alongside) and to top it of Mike Smith telling Geroux right after the finish as RH cantered by 'Thank you! Same. I see that Dream Valentino is listed too, just without a picture. I hope he is supported as well; Roses in May's best son and looks like him.

Does he not have a champion runner in France?

Has DofW been sold to JBBA, or is this just a temporary lease?
His runners have been doing OK, from those I've seen, but IIRC his yearlings didn't draw big bids at the recent Keeneland Sale. I'd hate to see Coolmore give up on DofW just because the commercial market is slavish about buying the Into Mischiefs, Tapits and War Fronts.
