56 is a Bernardini colt out of Issues, the dam of Accelerate & Daddy DT. $200,000.
I've noticed that the market doesn't seem to be wild about the Bernardini's so far, even with such a strong female family as #56....and it wasn't so long ago that the AP Indy son was THE hot sire at the sales.

57, colt by Constitution, has a Rachel Alexandra blaze. $400,000.
67, Tapit X Jojo Warrior colt, goes for $800,000.
Waiting for 69, 'Pharoah x Joyful Victory (Tapit) colt...should be fireworks. Nice-looking, but only $200,000. RNA, I bet.

76 is a Tapit x Justwhistledixie (dam of New Year's Day and Mohaymen) colt from top breeder Clearsky Farms. Should be interesting, since so many of their horses turn out to be runners.
Neat, well-put-together grey, not big...goes for $800,000. Oops, some confusion and backtracking on the bids. Goes for $775,000.
Into Mischief is THE hot sire this year, as 79, out of an unraced Mr. Greeley mare, goes for $875,000.

81, Curlin x Kauai Katie colt, imposing dark bay, goes up to $825,000.
87, AP x Khancord Kid (dam of Bar of Gold), is a bright red chestnut colt. Goes for $500,000.

Not as strong a page as some of the APs. Probably someone at coolmore or godolphin REALLY wanted that one.

He was a big, strong boy. My monitor reads rather dark, so I don't always get a good look at the browns/bays, but the chestnuts really show up. ;)

105 is a pretty, beautifully-bred filly...Galileo x Lady Shakespeare (Theatrical), goes for $625,000. To someone who wants a good turf runner, I presume? ;)

And I was sort of right, except it was Godolphin. If he sold for that much, makes me wonder how high some are going to go. That price could very well have topped a sale 😂

Man there must be something really wrong with the Leslie’s Lady colt to only go for $60,000 😳

Here's one we've been waiting for - #120, the colt by MdO x Leslie's Lady. Bidding is slow, and I'm wondering if he's not very impressive physically. $60,000!?
Gonna guess that Leslie's Lady may not be revisiting MdO soon.

All the talk over him, and that cheap.. I agree, something has to be wrong. Maybe he scoped bad? He looked a bit tall and thin but not that bad. I'm very surprised.

They definitely knew something was wrong when his starting bid was only $100,000.

I wonder how 135, the Tapit x Lotta Kim colt is going to fare? Lotta pedigree, but as we've seen, that's not everything.
Looks like a Tapit, compact and sturdy. Goes for $375,000.

Why not just scratch the colt at that point.. unless it was too late. Just weird, even if he was real quiet bad, you'd think he'd still bring more money.

They can pull a horse whenever. There were horses withdrawn in the past 24 hours that were due to sell today. Doesn't really make sense that they even tried if he vetted bad which he had to.

He was beautiful. So far only 2 million dollar plus babies. A ton in the over 500k range though.
