she's exhausted and that's a big foal. i'll admit i was a bit worried about her.

He's trying to figure out how those long legs work now, Arravale looks exhausted and isn't paying too much attention to her foal right now

Okay I'm watching the footage and Summer Bird why did they keep making her get back up...? Was it b/c they didn't want her so close to the wall?

I think she's getting annoyed with the dude with the pitchfork moving the hay around and then who I assume is Chelsea dragging the foal into a better position

lurkey, yes they kept getting her up because she was too close to the wall. It’s hard to help a mare foal when there’s a wall in the way . Also it is normal to give an enema to a newborn foal to make it easier for the foal to pass its meconium. Colts have a harder time passing all of their meconium than fillies do as well.

If Chelsea and crew hadn't been at the stall door he would have probably wound up in the aisle
