Not sure if this was ever answered, but the plan is to run her at least once more, no more than twice, with one start this weekend (12/15) in the Playa Del Rey at Hollywood. If she does well there, they'd probably also run her in the Santa Monica.

No insight on breeding plans.

Is there any info about the planned 2014 matings for Novellist in his new home? He is a great loss for European breeders, especially since his sire Monsun is not available anymore, so he'll hopefully do great in Japan and send some of his progeny back to us.

Teruya Yoshida is widely known as a dedicated follower of German bloodlines (um.. I'm not sure that that's good news for you... but...). He has always been very high especially on Monsun.
I suspect that Novellist will get strong supports from Shadai and other breeders in Japan.

This is the only mating info I have seen so far.
