There is a 3yo Scat Daddy colt out of a Saint Ballado mare running in the 2nd at Santa Anita, trained by Richard Mandella. Sprint distance over Turf, I'm keeping an eye on Scat Big Dad.

Bound for Nowhere is by the Factor out of a half-sister to Midnight Lute. Owned and trained by Wesley Ward, he will head to Europe this summer.

Maroon Emblem(JPN), 2015F. Orfevre(JPN) x Black Emblem(JPN) by War Emblem(USA), broke her maiden impressively in her second try going 2000m turf at Fukushima 5R April 8th 2018.

The tiny filly weighs only 390 kilograms.

ZARKAMIYA the daughter of the legendary 'undefeated' duo FRANKEL & ZARKAVA has been entered to debut next Thursday at Longchamp.

Both sire/dam are undefeated, Horse of the year, Champion at 2, at 3. European HOTY.

Exclamation Point, Classic Empire's half brother by Concord Point runs today at Keeneland in the 6th (coming up in a few minutes).
He is currently 2 for 2.

He won in impressive fashion over Kowboy Karma after having to fight his way through traffic (he tried to re-angle off the rail then was cut off and had to readjust and then tried to aim for daylight, got narrowed back... and then bravely split through horses and fought off the challenge of Kowboy Karma).

Thanks for that SC. I really love how much they've taken their time with this boy to bring him along, and I loved how categorical the trainer was when questioned about trying to get him on the Derby trail earlier this winter.
Will be exciting to see where they put him in next.
I think Kowboy Karma would've gotten there closer if he hadn't had to go as wide. I'm sure he'll get the win next time. Certainly improved off his last!

Cairo Prince will be represented by his first two starters on April 19th in the 4th at Keeneland (a Maiden Special Weight for 2yo Fillies)
Abyssinian is out of the Tapit mare Shesakitty who is herself out of a Langfuhr mare and whose second dam is by Tale of the Cat. She is trained by Wesley Ward and will be ridden by Joel Rosario.
Sexyama is out of Academie d'Amour, an unraced mare by Royal Academy (Nijinsky) out of a Mining mare and whose second dam is by Spectacular bid. She is trained by Joe Sharp with Adam Beschizza will be in the irons.

Abyssinian starts from the rail at post #1 and Sexyama starts from post #9 in a full 12 horse field (plus a 13th AE entrant). This field also includes the Japanese-bred Power Gal (JPN) by Empire Maker out of a Storm Cat-line (High Yield) mare, as well as entrants by Tapizar, Overanalyze, Munnings, and Will Take Charge to name a few.

Tap Gun, an unraced 3-year-old half-sister to 2017 Horse of the Year Gun Runner, was sent through her first local breeze by trainer Tom Amoss, going a half-mile in 49.40 seconds Wednesday at Keeneland. The gray Tapit filly shows seven works at the GoldMark training center in Ocala, Fla., from mid-February through March 31.

Tap Gun was produced by Quiet Giant, also the dam of Gun Runner (by Candy Ride). She was a $1.4 million purchase by Mandy Pope’s Whisper Hill Farm at the 2016 Keeneland September yearling sale.

Masar ran off with the Craven Stakes by nine lengths. He's by New Approach out of UAE Derby and Oaks victress Khawlah. He will run next in the 2,000 Guineas.

Finishing third, a head behind the runner-up, was Roaring Lion -- a grandson of Cambiocorsa by Kitten's Joy. He may also go for the 2,000 Guineas as well as some longer races such as the Prix du Jockey Club according to trainer Gosden.
