Speaking of stallions enjoying some company, I don't know how we missed putting this in the head shot collection. It's also in stallion news, but we can never have too many pics of the great Indy. Since he turned 29 this year, there's no telling how many more of him we'll get to enjoy.

Every so often I find a negative that I don't think I noticed or printed before...and I don't remember this one. Triple Crown winner SEATTLE SLEW at age 25 @Three_Chimneys .

This brilliant stallion was so wonderfully strong-willed, like something in a children's book.

IIRC, Seattle Slew was a bay. In that photo, he appears to have aged into a redheaded chestnut.

It's the sun bleaching that occurs very often with very dark/seal bays.
