Mask, the winner of the MMM at Gulfstream, is now a stakes winning Tapit colt out of a stakes winning Yonaguska half sister to Bullsbay. What an impressive run, he did that for fun. First start in 2 1/2 months.

Egg Drop's three-year-old, Scrambled, is running down the hill in Santa Anita's 1st race in just a few minutes. :D
Just got a good look at him..and he is nearly pure white! Looks a lot like his mom.

I've found it easier to tear up tickets at 8/1 instead of 8/5.

Well, that stinks.
Went to watch CalRacing, and as of yesterday it's all gone to a paid 3rd party vendor

Scrambled finished 7th; not a very impressive debut. :(
RE: Calracing.com...I thought it became a pay-only site months ago. :?
But, yeah, that stinks. During the time when TVG couldn't even get into the parking lot at Santa Anita, Calracing.com was the only way I could watch the racing there.

I think it had been pay to view only for the current day's races but maybe it's now pay to view everything. Boo.
I ran marathons. I saw the Taj Mahal by Moonlight. I drove Highway 1 in a convertible. I petted Zenyatta.

Lord Kanaloa(JPN) sired his first graded winner from his first crop, when his 3yo filly Almond Eye(JPN)[o/o Fusaichi Pandora(JPN) by Sunday Silence(USA)] stormed home from far outside to win the G3 Shinzan Kinen 1600m turf at Kyoto on Jan 8th 2018.
3-2-1-0.

Fusaichi Pandora(JPN), G1 winning daughter of Sunday Silence(USA), passed away at the age of 14 last year.

Here's the replay of the G3 Shinzan Kinen.
Almond Eye couldn't be more impressive after a stumble start as she beat the boys.
