According to the Bloodhorse Stallion Register, he's standing at Winstar for a $10,000 S&N fee for 2018. :?

It kind of looks like he didn't come back from shuttling.

The fee was set in October, so maybe they changed their minds on bringing him back, or he got sick. A little confused as to why they'd change their minds in two months. Stranger things have happened.

Apparently, he is not back- he has 10 exports and 9 returns via JC

Does that JC info tell you to where he was last exported?
Thanks.

WinStar is still his listed owner. I assume his last export was to Australia, where he does Southern Hemisphere duty. He might just be staying there.

I was hoping it was Australia. I know he's shuttled there before and I see a fair number of his offspring when I watch Oz racing on TVG. He could be getting better support there than he was in Kentucky.

I guess it's possible he didn't pass quarantine to return, but not sure that WinStar would remove him from their website under those circumstances.

No, it just lists that it was done. I always thought that it should be dated, as well as which country they are exported. They do date a Death report (year- when there is one) and when the foaling cert was sent to the farm.

Brisnet's free 105E pedigree report usually lists more details, like where the horse was exported to. For Artie, it says he was exported to Australia in 2017 (and every year since 2011). It doesn't list returns, but if JC doesn't have it on file, then he's most likely still in Australia. Unless he was moved from Australia to somewhere else.

I'm glad the handsome guy is appreciated in Australia at least.

Ah, thanks for that
