65, our next Scat Daddy, colt out of Parisian Affair, looks black like that filly who sold earlier, but this one is listed as dark bay/brown. $160,000 seems pretty low, even if he wasn't spectacular.
68, Scat Daddy colt out of Practice (Smart Strike), handsome bay, goes for $800,000. That's more like it.

Interesting that Shadwell has bought some Kitten's Joy's. Looks like KJ is getting some respect for siring runners, even from the Sheikhs.

Shadwell had Taareef by KJ run pretty well to finish 2nd to Ribchester (a really, really good horse) in the G1 Prix du Moulin de Longchamp on Sunday.

I'm waiting for Hips 101 and 149 - the War Front colts out of Take Charge Lady and Charming. Mostly, I want to see if I'm correct in thinking that the Charming will go for more.

The My Conquestadory RNAd, unfortunately. He looks like a big boy from the photos. The My Happy Face was another purchase for Hugo Merry Bloodstock.

Shadai bought the Verrazano 3/4 bro to Made You Look (grandson of Serena's Song) for $250k. He was an absolutely gargantuan foal. I wonder if he'll take some time to come to hand next year.
