What a wonderful thing to do! Sure wish I lived closer.mariasmon wrote:Spendthrift is planning to allow fans to visit Beholder via a Horse Country tour. Their first priority was getting her settled in and in foal, but I think once foaling season is winding down, you will see them announce the opportunity.

'' It's not that we want her to take on the boys (in the Satsuki Sho). We just feel it difficult to make her start in the Oka Sho in 3 weeks after the Flower Cup. (Satsuki Sho will be run in 4 weeks, that's the reason why we send her to the Satsuki Sho) . ''

Drat FB, I just see the "Attachment Unavailable" post there from yesterday. Glad all is good with your husband now. I'm almost through a health scare of my own that's been interfering with my life with horses, on-line and in real life, so I know how that goes.serenassong wrote:Thanks for this- didnt make it over here- I have been dealing with a medical scare with my husband as of late- but all is now good

Learned today that talented young Grade I winner "Taris" is carrying a colt by Curlin for @Craig_Bernick and I. Good Friday indeed!

She gets an A on Truenicks with Flintshire for what it's worth. I'd love to see her with Sea the Stars actually, which might be a little radical as opposed to Galileo or Frankel.mariasmon wrote:Galileo seems like an obvious choice. A lot may depend on whether or not she is sold.ThreeMustangs wrote:Who would you choose for Tepin's first cover next year?
She's also a granddaughter of Storm Cat which seems to do unusually well with Pioneerof the Nile
Certainly she's got a lot of options.
