Way too early to tell whether or not it will be fruitful. Not always does it usually, either. More than likely, you have to use mares by the sire himself, not one of the sire's sons. For example, the DH/A.P. Indy cross is great. Now, DH over mares by some of Indy's best stallion sons? Not so much lol.
