Once he got clear- he took off like a shot. I was very pleased to see this. He looks a bit like Harlington to me.

I had a liver biopsy done twice. That in combo with Fentanyl is called "Happy Juice". A brick could drop on your head and you dont care. I asked them for more

Mo'ne Davis (Bernardini), the elder of Barbaro's 2 half-sisters, is entered Wednesday at Tampa for her debut, 8F (turf).

Ran a respectable enough 3rd. The winner, Street Strut, is out of Lacadena, who comes from the same female family as Better Than Honour (Blush With Pride is her 2nd dam).

Morse Code flattened out badly and finished 4th. Versed was left at the gate and rolled in well behind MC in 5th.

I thought Mo'ne Davis got up for 2nd, it was so close. For a first-time starter, IMHO she made a nice charge in the stretch, closing a fair amount of distance to almost catch the other horse at the wire. She should be ready to break her maiden next out.
It's too bad about Morse Code, who is doing his best to prove that siblings hardly ever match their more-accomplished brothers or sisters.

Delta Prince, by the late, great Street Cry out of the late, great Delta Princess, just won the 8th at Gulfstream, a 1-mile turf MSW full of well-bred horses 3yrs+up. The half brother to Royal Delta looked pretty impressive in the win and I hope that there are good things ahead for this royally-bred colt.
If he can acquire a decent race record, he should be able to find a breeding farm who wants him. He sure has a desirable pedigree.

I hope he gets the chance to show his full potential unlike the very talented Crown Queen and Khozan. Sounds like he could go back to dirt, would be cool to see him succeed on both. Delta Princess was a huge loss. Hopefully Crown Queen, Royal Delta, or Carnival Court can fill their mom's shoes. Or even Khozan, Delta Prince when he is retired.

When she was suppose to ship to California last summer, she was going to Jerry Hollendorfer. I'm not sure who's training her at Oaklawn but, if anyone finds out, I'd like to know too.

Costa Mesa (Medaglia d’Oro x Ventura) finally broke his maiden tonight at Turfway. He was sold in November and was making his 2nd or 3rd start for the new connections. So far, they haven't made the ultimate equipment change.
