I'm hoping she has a much cleaner trip this time
She was 5th, beaten by 15 1/2 lengths :(
I know- I was hoping that she would do better. Said she was bumped in the beginning, and did make up some ground- albeit in the back.

Dolphus finished 1st by 9 1/4 lengths, on December 11, 2016, at GULFSTREAM PARK in Race 4.
Off odds: 3.80
Your comments for this horse were: Lookin At Lucky - Lotta Kim, by Roar; half to Rachel Alexandra

The #10 Cheyenne Bull, who finished 3rd, was declared a non-starter after breaking through the gate at the start and wiping out horses inside him.

Another good jump-out for Oscietra, Black Caviar's daughter. Found the video, but I couldn't get the sound working.

Delta Prince, by the late, great Street Cry out of the late, great Delta Princess, just won the 8th at Gulfstream, a 1-mile turf MSW full of well-bred horses 3yrs+up. The half brother to Royal Delta looked pretty impressive in the win and I hope that there are good things ahead for this royally-bred colt.
If he can acquire a decent race record, he should be able to find a breeding farm who wants him. He sure has a desirable pedigree.

Well, he's already owned by a huge breeding farm. I wouldn't be surprised if they send him to Ontario or Maryland when he retires - if he doesn't end up winning a G1

It appears that TVG is definitely showing Oscietra's debut tomorrow night; they are showing a graphic in the lower right of the screen with her photo promoting her debut in 26:30 hours. :D

Oscietra was third in her debut. She scooted out from the gate and put lengths on the field but, in the last half furlong, she was overtaken by two larger fillies. She is a TINY little gal and, while she's clearly quick, I hope that she grows a little over the next year.

I though she looked tiny too, resembles her daddy (Exceed and Excel) more than mom. Both Limestone (Helmet - Limerock) and Miss Wahoo (Master Of Design - Fish Dive) had the benefit of race experience. Luke Nolen said Oscietra ran a good race. They'll give her a little rest now and time to develop. Looking forward to seeing her next year.

All eyes are on Race 1 number 10 at #Flemington. Oscietra is not sure what all the fuss is about!
