Unique Bella (Tapit x Unrivaled Belle) just won the 7th at Del Mar, a 6 1/2-furlong MSW on a 'good' main track...and it looked like she did it by double digits. Went to the front and opened up, just floating over the track.
Sweet.
Makes Mandy Pope's expensive acquisition of her dam, who is carrying a full to Unique Bella, look not too foolish. :P ;)

Goldikova's first foal, Goldikovic, a 3yo colt by Galileo, makes his debut at Deauville tomorrow. The first foal of Goldikova's G1-winning half-sister Galikova, Galikeo, also debuts there tomorrow. Galikeo is a 2yo Dansili colt.

From Darley's Facebook page:
Oscietra, the daughter of Champion stallion Exceed And Excel and unbeaten Champion mare Black Caviar, will make her first public appearance when she competes in a jump out at Flemington on Friday morning. Oscietra is the first foal out of Black Caviar and is owned by the same group of connections who raced the great mare through her 25-win career. She is trained at Lindsay Park by David and Ben Hayes and Tom Dabernig. Best of luck to all.

In the Cash Call Futurity (gr. I) at Los Alamitos on Saturday you have Irap (half to Speightstown by Tiznow) and Show Me Da Lute (Midnight Lute x Tough Tiz's Sis).

Think I'm rooting for Show Me Da Lute. I'd like to see Midnight Lute be a standard-bearer for the Quiet American line, especially since we lost ML's sire, Real Quiet, far too soon.

Irap was second as the longest shot in the field in his first start on dirt. Show Me Da Lute was last.

No doubt Frankel has had a great start at stud, but he's been given every opportunity with the best mares from around the world.
