Too bad they didn't decide to ship Marketing Mix to Galileo, although maybe they wanted her to have time to settle in to her new career before sending her to another country.

I wonder if Marketing Mix couldn't get into Galileo's book? He is the leading stallion in the world, so I would guess there is a LONG waiting list to get to him. Royal Delta comes from such a great family, and she is a standout racing mare, which likely means they made an exception so she could cut to the front of the line. Marketing Mix is an extremely nice filly, but I am sure Galileo's book is full of proven producers and the best of the best racing mares.

Looking at some of the other mares they have booked to Galileo, I don't think this was a problem. They got Emerald Gold booked to him, and she's just a maiden winner.

It was just speculation on my part. Maybe they don't like the inbreeding to Sadler's Wells? El Prado and Galileo are both Sadler's Wells horses. Her nick with Tapit is only a "C" though. Interesting choice. Her nick with Street Cry is an "A"

I would never suggest that Coolmore would turn down a mare. I was suggesting that maybe Foxhill Farm thought that would be too close inbreeding to Sadler's Wells.
