Curlin's Fox won the Swingtime Stakes at Santa Anita today.

She's an imaginatively named daughter of Curlin and graded II stakes winner Foxysox (GB).

Quite the turn of foot on that Summer Bird colt! And glad to see Zazu has a promising filly making her debut.

Rouge Buck(JPN) became the first filly to win the Mainichi Okan beating the boys in 23 years (since champion Shinko Lovely in 1993).
What a filly!
And she should capture her first G1 title next!

Awesome! Every one of your posts have been a great update! Love the Zazu filly update, that Battle Plan got his first Graded Stakes Winner and the news about Caucus. Thank you!

Golden Hawk, by Tapit out of Gone Purrfect, a fullsister to Speightstown, won the Grey (Can-IIIT) today for Live Oak Plantation and Mark Casse. That's a helluva pedigree.
He's a pretty chestnut with a load of chrome.

That's quite the sire family! I imagine he'll be a hot commodity as a stallion.

The Bourbon quotes have Castellano saying "There is a lot of potential with him. He is going to be one of the best horses in the country” about Ticonderoga. It's jockey speak so take it with a grain of salt but I don't think Javier is one that ever gets that bold about a horse.

I saw the race, and Ticonderoga did close quite stoutly. He had a bit of traffic trouble for much of the race (seems like full-field two-year-old races at Keeneland are chaos), but when he got some room, he came running.

The paddock for full-field two-year-old stakes races at Keeneland are also chaos. I'm always slightly surprised no one gets kicked or ran over, especially around the big ring by the saddling stalls and the ring where 3 and 4 go.

Serena's Song's last foal- Gold Serenade, makes her first start in a MSWT today @ Kee- R4
Hope she lights the world on fire and saved her best for last. She is by MDO.
Kinda bittersweet- knowing that this is the last one.

I believe this was her on Saturday morning. If it's not her, it's a body double.
