191 isn't an RNA.
Listed as sold to Randy Bradshaw.
184, the Tapit/Arienza filly, did RNA for $260,000.

Woodford Racing is attached to Lane's End, as well.

Could we PLEASE change the subject line of this thread so Keeneland is spelled correctly?

Can Treve, the original poster, change the title using the Edit tool?
I'm able to do that on other forums, but I don't know if TBC's set up allows that.

I was actually a big fan of that filly. She oozed class every time we went to see her. Thought she'd get a lot more action than that but I'm not sure how she vetted.

Interestingly, it doesn't seem that as many European buyers are here this year. Last year it seemed like you'd turn and run into a group of them (outside the regular Coolmore, Godolphin, Gosden crews) and this year it seems more like years previous to that if not a little worse. I think Breeders' Cup at Keeneland actually helped last year because quite a few came over to check out the track (Keeneland gave them tours of the track and facilities if they asked) and ended up checking out horses at the same time. The whole Brexit confusion may be hurting as well. Hopefully the next few sessions are stronger since the overall offerings look more attractive.

The First session saw gains in most numbers, including buyback, but average and median are up.

I saw two horses sold for $7,000 and $9,000, normally prices aren't that low in the Select sessions. Its weird they made the Select sessions when they sold for so little.

Yes I am a bit puzzled at the lack of interest on those two but I wonder if there was something in the vet exams.

The horses are catalogued in their sessions two months before consignors see their sales xrays and scopes. Sometimes that last minute news can change a horse's value dramatically.

Lanes End actually took 4 high-priced colts home yesterday.
Curlin x Arania (dam by Dynaformer, 2nd dam produced Festival of Light, Acoma, Arch, etc)
Tiznow x Temple Street (full to Donworth)
War Front x Wine Princess (2nd dam Azeri)
Into Mischief x Advance Party (dam is half to Arania [mentioned above] by Empire Maker, making her a full to Acoma)

Interesting purchases of colts out of the half sisters.

I've heard there is an issue on the vetting for Grace's baby and looks like it'll affect the bidding.

If she actually didn't RNA, I wish the buyer luck in getting her to the races. She has terrible knees.

254 is a Scat Daddy filly out of Classic Strike, who produced Union Strike. Nice looking...I'd want her in MY broodmare band. Kind of sad the we recently lost both the sire and the broodmare sire. $450,000.
