In winning the New York Derby at Finger Lakes last month, Hit It Once More became Hard Spun's 50th stakes winner. He followed that win with a victory in the Albany Stakes on Friday and a 97 BSF. He is being pointed to the Pennsylvania Derby where it looks like he will meet up with Nyquist.

Diadura came back today in her second start and won the Arlington-Washington Lassie Stakes at Arlington Park. Pretty impressive win. Gutsy move on the turn squeezing through a wall of rivals and bursting to the lead in a few strides. She is now 2 for 2. I believe she is Hard Spun's 51st stakes winner.

Watchyourownbobber wins the More Than Ready Stakes at Kentucky Downs today after a lengthy weather delay, which saw the turf course downgraded from firm to good. Looked like he handled the softer ground very well. I believe that is his 3rd stakes win in a row for the Ramseys and his 4th stakes win overall.

Interesting factoid...I noticed that his dam is Boodles and her name sounded familiar and I thought she was a Fox Hill Farm horse like Hard Spun, so I looked her up, and sure enough, she was! Her record was 3-0-1 out of 4 races. So both his sire and dam ran for FHF.
